They were so helpful with everything! They helped me get the key I needed and even order what they didn't have so I didn't need to go elsewhere! I'm so glad I found this place!

They were really nice. I had a dented ring on a lock and was looking for a replacement. They straightened it out and did not charge me. I would definitely recommend this place.

I needed a key, Charles came out and made one right away, the key worked perfectly, price was communicated upfront and there were no hidden fees. Excellent professional service definitely recommend them!

Kinda overpriced. People were nice enough. To make a standard key cost $5.50ish and a standard door hookbolt replacement piece was $117ish, when on the package it costs $50, so they make double the profit. Kinda felt overpriced to me.

I had a brief visit to the business today. They were exceptionally nice and professional. I simply needed some keys cut, and I had gone to Home Depot previously to have the same keys cut. None of the keys that I had cut at Home Depot worked, and I had to return them. All the keys that were cut at Arlington Lock worked absolutely perfectly. I would recommend them if you need a locksmith.

They just programmed 3 auto keys I bought on Amazon in about 10 minutes, while I was waiting for a flat fee for all 3. Their price was well below what the dealer charges for a single key. After programming the keys (you pay upfront, not all keys can work), he charged me $10 a key to cut the backup mechanical key that was part of the lock. This was for a 2014 Ram 1500. I was done with the entire transaction in about 15 minutes, getting 3 working keys that remotely lock, unlock, start, and lower my truck for a VERY reasonable price. That's as good as it gets.
